Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the selected carrier and are outside of our control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Lusté & Silk Hair is not liable for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Lusté & Silk Hair are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and coordinate with the carrier as needed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Lusté & Silk Hair is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier for such issues.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable and returned to us, Lusté & Silk Hair reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for reshipment.

High-Value Orders
For security purposes, Lusté & Silk Hair reserves the right to require signature confirmation on certain orders.
